A wonderful trek in the middle of the nature. It was a bit complicate to organize the transportation. Originally at the hostel they told me there was a company that for 110 NZ$ took me at the first entrance (Brown Hut) and then picked me up at Kohaihai 3 days later. It’s right but it works ONLY if they get the right number of people. In my case they didn’t :Click Here

Wow…what a great day!!! Wake up t 7 a.m. Breakfast and at 8 a.m. we took the bus shuttle for Tongariro Crossing. 30 NZ$ Return. It took about 20 minutes to get the entrance. At 8.30 a.m. we started our hike. We, yes, cause Ben, a nice guy from Auckland decided to join me for this hike. …and he is a good hiker too. Click Here
